Experience booking homestays and hotels in Da Lat SUPER STANDARD

To have a fun, safe, and comfortable trip, it is important to choose a comfortable, clean, and friendly place to stay.

The number of homestays and guesthouses is increasing every day. Therefore, many homestays and rooms in Da Lat are scams, selling dog meat under the guise of goat meat, lacking hygiene, or failing to meet the essential needs of tenants.

So how can you know if the place you choose is truly reputable? Take note of the following points to ensure the accommodation you are about to stay at:

1. Clear and specific information about homestays, hotels

– Carefully check the information of the hotel on the FANPAGE, website, and Google Maps of the homestay or hotel you want to stay at. The fanpage should have a certain level of interaction

(Currently, there are many fake homestay fanpages to scam people)

– The IMAGES of the homestay should be taken from various angles, provide real photos, general photos, and be constantly updated

(If a homestay only has photos from one angle continuously, it means that only that corner is beautiful)

– ONLY book on official fanpages or reputable booking sites like Booking (do not book through individuals)

(Do not rush to book through personal accounts without reviews, risking deposits, unjustified losses, and scams are things you may encounter)

2. Referring to reviews and ratings from websites is a must

– The main fanpage/website/google must always have a section for REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, continuously updated and recent

(Reviews and ratings are essential for every homestay or hotel. If there are no reviews, it means that the place is not safe, a scam, or has issues. If the reviews are too old, it may have deleted recent reviews, or the fanpage is a scam. Some scam homestays immediately lock their Facebook, then reopen it with a new name after a long time)

– Ask in reputable groups with many members in Da Lat for feedback on the place you want to stay.

– Stay at familiar, trustworthy locations where you have stayed before or have been recommended by friends.

– Clearly define your PURPOSE for renting accommodation (for resting after a day of sightseeing or for lounging around), and find a room that meets your needs.

– If it’s not a holiday, don’t worry about rooms being fully booked. You can stay a bit further from the city center, but there will surely be available rooms, so don’t pay 100% in advance.

So, good luck finding comfortable rooms in Da Lat!
