STEP 02: TOUR AND SERVICE REGISTRATION
Please provide the following information:
- Full name as in ID card or passport.
- Mobile phone/landline number.
- Departure date.
- Number of people traveling.
- Email address.
For tours of 2 days or more – please specify the hotel standard: mini, 2*, 3*…
The sales staff will enter your tour registration information into the customer system.
STEP 03: PAYMENT CONDITIONS
– For Half-day to 1-day Tours: 100% payment after booking the Tour (1 day before the departure date)
– For Tours of 2 days or more:
- 70% deposit immediately after registering for the Tour
- 30% payment before the end of the tour 1 day
Note on bank transfer payment:
- If you transfer money within the same bank system as us, we will receive it even on Saturdays and Sundays.
- If you transfer money to a different bank system, the transfer date must be a working day of the bank. Payment is considered complete when we receive confirmation from the bank that the transfer was successful.
- For tours including flight/train tickets, please pay 100% for the tickets and a 50% deposit for the tour as mentioned above.
- If you register for a Tour less than 1 day before the departure date, please contact us directly by phone: 0911932526 for assistance with registration and payment.
- Any late payments will result in automatic cancellation of your Tour registration and loss of the deposit (for individual customers), or will be resolved according to the signed contract agreement (for group customers).
- Payment is considered complete when we receive 100% of the Tour cost for Tours from half-day to 1 day and 70% of the Tour cost for Tours of 2 days or more.
- If you pay via bank transfer, please contact us at the phone number 0911932526 to confirm that the payment was successful. We will send you a confirmation receipt and payment invoice by email or fax.
