2. Ho Da Xanh 

  • Address:  Tan Thanh district, near the foot of Dinh Vung Tau mountain.

Ho Da Xanh Vung Tau is located about 90 – 95km from Ho Chi Minh City, taking over 2 hours by motorbike. From the center of Vung Tau to Ho Da Xanh, it’s only about 15 – 16 km. Bai Truoc is a small crescent-shaped bay, located between the Big Mountain and the Small Mountain, stretching from the beginning of Tran Phu street to the end of Quang Trung street and continuing onto a section of Ha Long street. On both sides of Bai Truoc are large and small rocks stacked on top of each other, forming a “fortress” enclosing the beach. 7. Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu – Hòn Bà Attraction

Hon Ba, a small island located in Vung Tau sea, near Nghinh Phong cape and about 200m from the foot of Small Mountain. This is a famous spiritual tourism spot with the temple dedicated to Thuy Long Goddess. To reach Hon Ba, you can take a boat or wait for low tide to walk across a small path made of oyster shells. However, you need to check the tide schedule before going to the island, as it’s not always possible to walk there.

Bà Rịa City

1. Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu Tourist Spot – Long Phước Tunnels

  • Address: Long Phước Commune, Bà Rịa City

The tunnel system consists of 5 hamlets: Đông, Tây, Nam, Bắc, and Phước Hữu. The tunnel clusters are connected by a backbone road, containing secret chambers used to store food and military equipment to fight against the enemy. In October 1949, the tunnels helped the revolutionary forces defeat the French army. In April 1963, the tunnel system was restored and continuously developed, with the backbone road located 2-3m below the ground, the height of 1.5 to 1.6m, and a width of 60 – 70cm.

2. Tứ Phương Thất Đảo

Tan Thanh District

1. Dinh Mountain

Dinh Mountain is 504 meters high, a unique place with beautiful scenery and temples in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province. To get from Suối Đá to Suối Tiên, you have to go through a winding 600m forest path.

3. Thị Vải Mountain

Thị Vải Mountain is an ideal destination for a weekend getaway with beautiful scenery. About 2/3 of the way up the mountain is quite easy to walk, with flat stone paving. Around the mountain range, there are many temples, the sound of bells echoing in the morning brings a peaceful feeling. You can camp overnight or visit the temple for a vegetarian meal and accommodation. Wake up early the next morning, watch the sunrise, and admire the panoramic view of the Cái Mép – Thị Vải port area.

Chau Duc District

1. Dong Cuu Suoi Nghe

Dong Cuu Suoi Nghe is a super hot tourist spot in Ba Ria – Vung Tau for travel enthusiasts and Instagrammers. 2. Kim Long Tunnels

Kim Long Tunnels were built by the locals in 1962, quite unique as they pass through houses, fruit gardens of households. The tunnels are 2,000m long, 5m deep, with a 0.8m wide path, many hiding spots, 12 secret chambers. They include combat stations, medical stations, food storage, weapons… At the entrance of the tunnels, there are 3 triangular combat pits, each side 10m long, with air holes. From the combat pits, there is a connection to a 1.2m deep communication trench.

3. Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu Tourist Attraction – Ray River Waterfall

Ray River Waterfall is formed from the Ray River, during the rainy season, the water flows down through the rocky cliffs, creating a magnificent natural painting.
